- After 2003: FXST, FXSTS, FXSTB, and FXSTC
- Year 2000 and up: FLST, FLSTF, FLSTSB and FLSTC
- 1999-2008 Touring models (except FLHX, FLHTCSE2, FLHRSE3/4)
- models equipped with license plate relocation kit P/N 53702-04).
- Also fits '09-'13 FLHRC and later '09-'09 FLHTC, FLHTCU, FLHTK and FLTRU models.
