🔁 Return Policy

Is your product not right for you? Too small? Too big?

In accordance with our T&Cs and return policy, you have 30 days to make an exchange from the date you receive your package.
After this period, no exchange, credit or refund will be accepted.

🔔 Important :

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer for any change of mind, size, model or item.


📦 General Conditions

  • Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unstained , free of any odor (tobacco, cooking, perspiration, etc.), and returned in their original packaging in perfect condition .

  • Any item returned without suitable packaging, with damaged, taped or unsaleable packaging, will be refused or subject to a repackaging fee (15%) .

  • For packs or lots , all components must be returned, unless prior written agreement is obtained from after-sales service.

  • The original box should not be used as a shipping package . Please use external packaging.

  • Items on sale, clearance or final sale indicated as such on the product sheet cannot be returned .


⚖️ Right of Withdrawal (refund)

In accordance with article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund (excluding excluded products).

The return remains at your expense , and the product must meet the above conditions to be accepted.

🔁 By default , the refund is made in the form of a credit note . If you would like a monetary refund , please specify this on the return form . This will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of your package. ( see policy )


🔁 Exchange or Credit

  • The request must be registered within 30 days of receipt.

  • Once your return has been validated, the package must be sent within 14 days .

  • Upon receipt and after inspection, an exchange or credit will be issued within 5 to 7 working days .


⚠️ Defective Products (12-month warranty)

Excluded from the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper washing or maintenance

  • Falls, twists, impacts

  • Product Changes

  • Sharp objects

❌ Products not eligible for return

  • Personalized or made-to-order items (sweatshirts, 3D t-shirts)

  • Jewelry

  • Batteries, oils and technical liquids

  • Helmets (except defective ones, recognized by our after-sales service)

  • Protective products (vests, airbags, trousers, etc.) with a value > €100: reimbursement only in the form of a voucher


🚚 Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service via the contact form , indicating:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return

  2. Wait for your request to be validated. You will receive:

    • A return form to be included in the package

  3. Send your package (at your expense) to the following address within 14 days:

⏳ Once received and verified, you will receive a response by email in:

  • 5 to 7 working days for an exchange or credit note

  • 15 working days minimum for after-sales service support

⚠️ No packages should be sent to the head office (10 rue du Colisée, Paris 8th).
