Is your product not right for you? Too small? Too big?
In accordance with our T&Cs and return policy, you have 30 days to make an exchange from the date you receive your package.
After this period, no exchange, credit or refund will be accepted.
đ Important :
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer for any change of mind, size, model or item.
đŠ General Conditions

Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unstained , free of any odor (tobacco, cooking, perspiration, etc.), and returned in their original packaging in perfect condition .

Any item returned without suitable packaging, with damaged, taped or unsaleable packaging, will be refused or subject to a repackaging fee (15%) .

For packs or lots , all components must be returned, unless prior written agreement is obtained from after-sales service.

The original box should not be used as a shipping package . Please use external packaging.

Items on sale, clearance or final sale indicated as such on the product sheet cannot be returned .
âïž Right of Withdrawal (refund)
In accordance with article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund (excluding excluded products).
The return remains at your expense , and the product must meet the above conditions to be accepted.
đ By default , the refund is made in the form of a credit note . If you would like a monetary refund , please specify this on the return form . This will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of your package. ( see policy )
đ Exchange or Credit

The request must be registered within 30 days of receipt.

Once your return has been validated, the package must be sent within 14 days .

Upon receipt and after inspection, an exchange or credit will be issued within 5 to 7 working days .

Protective products (vests, airbags, trousers, etc.) with a value > âŹ100: reimbursement only in the form of a voucher
