The return of the goods can only be made after prior written agreement of the After-Sales Service LE Pratique du Motard, at a written request from the Customer mentioning the reference order, and within the framework of the legal conditions.
To be processed, each return must be returned with the return form sent by Le Pratique du Motard.
Without this form, the return will remain unprocessed, and will remain available to the Customer in our warehouses for one year, at the end of which the package will be destroyed without any compensation being due to the Customer.
A return can only relate to new goods that have never been used, in good condition, and in the original packaging.
The goods must not have been subject to any deterioration and the packaging must not include additional labels or traces of writing.
Products not specific to a particular vehicle model (batteries, spark plugs, lamps, oils, bearings, etc.) as well as all so-called "biker" products ( helmets, motorcycle jackets ) cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, except for failure, quality defect, hidden defect reported and recognized by the Motard Practice or error on its part.
Personalized jewelry products, bracelets, custom rings, as well as custom print-on-demand T-shirts cannot be returned.
→ In accordance with the legal provisions in force, each customer who wishes to return an item ( eligible ) has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.
For this, the customer is required to submit to us a request via the contact form, indicating the order number .
After communication of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this period of 14 days, and validation of our service, you have another period of 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal. After this period, no complaint will be taken into account.

- Send your article along with the form to the address that we will communicate to you by email.
The parcel must be postage paid and sent via Parcel Tracking and you will be required to be in possession of the tracking number for any complaint.
After receiving the item in our warehouses, we will refund your purchase amount (product cost) in the form of a voucher. (shipping and insurance costs are not refunded)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
You received your broken or faulty item:
→ If an item should have a manufacturing defect or a non-conformity, it is imperative to contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the order , providing us with as many elements as possible, such as: photo video of the article, the condition of the package, the defect observed, etc.
Beyond this period, the order is deemed to be compliant.
Items indicated as delivered by transport or post and not received.
If you have chosen uninsured delivery, we assume no responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.
Delivery with Chronopost
All items delivered by the carrier to your home in person against signature, must be checked on delivery.
Any anomalies related to transport must imperatively appear on the delivery note.
No request for an object that has arrived damaged may be the subject of an unreserved request on the delivery note.
In this case or in the case of a design defect contact us via the contact us page with the following details:
- Your order number
- The description of the problem (erroneous / defective item, ...)
- A photo or video
After analysis of the elements that you will provide to our customer support:
1- Either we will provide you with a return label in order to return the product to our premises,
2- Either you will not need to return the product and we will reship the product to you.
3- Either we will refund the amount of your order directly in the form of a purchase voucher.
