What is the Origin of our products?
Our goal is to find the best products and manufacturers in line with our passion.
To do this, we seek and work with Suppliers likely to meet our specifications for the manufacture of our products.
Some may be in different parts of the Globe (Germany, United States, Spain, Netherlands) but we work and ship mainly from China and France.
As soon as we receive your order, it is shipped from our various warehouses in conjunction with our supplier.
For some of our products we also store stock in Amazon France and US warehouses.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been considered, you will receive a confirmation message, which will detail your entire order (item, coordinated delivery size).
If you notice a typing error or a wrong delivery address, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible. We only have a few hours to make address changes.
A wrong delivery address may cause or prevent delivery to a different location than desired. We will not be responsible in these cases.
